Poplar Ridge

Before
When we first connected with our client, the property held the remains of a home that had been lost to fire. Our first step was to safely clear and prep the site—removing all damaged materials, grading the land, and making way for a fresh start.

What We’ve Done So Far

What’s Next – Construction Timeline

  • Roofing, Siding & Openings (Now → Mid-July) – Complete metal roofing, siding, and install all windows/doors.
  • ​Interior Rough-In (Late July) – Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and inspections.
  • ​Insulation (Early August) – Spray foam or batt insulation for energy efficiency.
  • Drywall & Interior Finishes (Mid–Late August) – Drywall install, paint, cabinetry, and trim.
  • ​Final Mechanical & Fixtures (Late Aug–Early Sept) – Lighting, plumbing fixtures, HVAC equipment.
  • Exterior Work & Punchout (Sept) – Landscaping, driveways, touch-ups, and client turnover.

After (Planned)

Once complete, this home will feature a stunning custom barndominium design, blending open living spaces, high ceilings, and functional layouts tailored to the client’s needs. The final look will be a modern, energy-efficient build that maximizes both beauty and practicality.

Craig Bridge

Before
The Craig Bridge project began with a raw plot of land, untouched and ready for transformation. Our client had a clear vision for a luxury barndominium, and we kicked off by finalizing the design details through our immersive floor plan walkthrough—allowing the client to literally step into their future home before construction began.

What We Did

  • ​Pre-Construction & Admin (Feb–May 2025): Completed all planning, permitting, and design approvals.
  • ​Land Site Development (May–July 2025): Cleared, graded, and prepared the site for construction.
  • Utility Installation (July 2025 – present): Installing essential underground systems for water, sewer, and power to support the home’s infrastructure.

After (Current Status)

Utility installation is well underway, with trenching and pipework progressing across the site. This critical step ensures that once the foundation and structure go up, all core services will be ready to connect seamlessly.

What’s Next (Short Timeline)

  • ​Late July 2025: Wrap up utility installation.
  • ​Early Aug 2025: Begin foundation and concrete work.
  • ​Aug–Sept 2025: Complete structural framing and exterior shell.
  • ​Fall 2025: Roofing, siding, and interior build-out.
  • ​Dec 2025: Final finishes and occupancy prep.

Smithson Rd

Before
The Smithson Rd property started as an untouched lot with natural terrain and dense vegetation. The project kicked off with site preparation, clearing, and grading to ready the land for future construction of the new barndominium home.

What We Did (Current Stage: Utility Installation)

So far, we’ve:
  • ​Completed Pre-Construction & Admin (May 1 – July 12, 2025)
  • ​Completed Land Site & Development (July 28 – August 8, 2025), which included grading, clearing, and preparing the foundation pad.
  • ​Began Utility Installation (August 9 – August 22, 2025), trenching and installing essential underground lines for basic site function.
Heavy equipment has been utilized for grading, trenching, and earthworks to ensure the site is fully prepped for the next construction phases.

After (Planned)

Once utilities are in place, the build will progress as follows:
1. Foundation & Concrete – August 23 → September 5, 2025
2. Structural Framing & Outer Shell – September 6 → September 19, 2025
3. Roofing, Siding & Structure Openings – September 20 → October 3, 2025
4. Interior Rough-In, Insulation & Drywall – October 4 → November 21, 2025
5. Final Mechanical, Fixtures & Exterior Finishes – November 21 → January 24, 2026
6. Punchout, Closeout & Occupancy Prep – December 12, 2025 → January 2, 2026\

The finished barndominium will blend modern efficiency with country charm, perfectly set in a serene, landscaped environment.
